In the Request List screen, an example of which is shown below, the Action and Option drop-list boxes work together to let you request actions relating to the documents that you have selected.
As shown in the figure, if you click on Select one in the Action: box, a drop-down list of possible actions appears: View, Print, Download, List, Document, and Prepare. For each action that you subsequently select, a different set of options appears in the Option: drop-down list.
For information about the available options, click the item in the graphic drop-down. Links to the options are also available following the graphic.
After you have selected the action and option you want, you must click the Submit button to have your selections take effect.
