Reviewing a Request Form Confirmation Page

When you submit the Request Form, the Request Form Confirmation, as shown below, displays so that you can confirm the information that you had entered in the Request Form. If there is a cost associated with the request that you have submitted, the Request Form Confirmation page displays the amount of the cost. (A system-defined variable is used to calculate printing costs for large-format documents, microfilm, and Public Reference Room print jobs.)

If the information needs to be changed, click the Change button, which brings you back to the Request Form page.

To confirm that you want the request to be sent, click the Send button. This adds the completed Request Form to the request queue for processing.

Note: You must click the Send button on the Request Form Confirmation; otherwise the request does not go to Request Management for processing.

Note: Requests by FERC staff members have no associated cost, and that field does not appear in their Request Form Confirmation page.
