The following summarizes the basic process you would use in searching for and requesting documents through the eLibrary:
Select one of the types of search screens that are available for you to use:
Note: Each type of search screen has a different set of options that you can use to define your search criteria. Your search criteria are based in part on how the document fits into the structure of the eLibrary database.
Enter the search criteria on the search screen.
After entering your search criteria, initiate the search.
In the Search Results page that comes up, view each document you are interested in.
Select the documents you want and add them to a request list. (Note: You may make certain types of requests directly from the Search Results page rather than using a request list.)
When you are finished selecting your documents, review the request list. If you want, you can delete documents from or add documents to the request list.
When you are satisfied with the request list, specify whether you want the documents to be printed out, downloaded to your computer, or saved on a CD.
Submit the request list.
In the Request Form screen that comes up, enter your name, address, and other relevant information, including method of payment (required if you are a member of the public and your request requires a payment).
Submit the Request Form.
Review the Request Form Confirmation screen that comes up.
If you are satisfied that everything is the way you want it, submit the Request Form Confirmation.
After you submit the Request Form Confirmation, your documents are either printed out or downloaded to your computer, or saved on a CD as you specified.
