Accessing eLibrary

For members of the public, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Web site at http://www.ferc.gov provides a link to eLibrary (formerly FERRIS) in the green menu bar near the top of the site pages. For FERC employees, there is a link in the menu bar near the top of the pages in the FERC intranet Web site. When either of these links is clicked, an initial eLibrary page appears with links to the various types of eLibrary search pages near its center.

When you click on a link to any of the eLibrary search pages, you will see a menu similar to this one, which is in the blue column on the left side of the General Search page. The menu provides links to the different eLibrary search options and certain other functions.

Certain documents are not available to the general public. To access these documents, authorized users must first logon to eLibrary. Other users are automatically logged on as Guests and may access documents that are available to the public.
